Adequate navigation equipment and suitable training is provided to ensure the fulfillment of this policy.
All international and local rules of navigation shall be complied with.
While the Master bears the ultimate responsibility, navigational safety requires all officers and crewmembers to prevent situations arising which potentially endanger those onboard the ship, her cargo or the environment.
